    Yes, Figure 4: PNG NDC preparations and Planning indicates the planning process which included different meetings with Technical Working Committee, Development partners, Lockdown sessions, one on one meeting with key stakeholders, high level meetings etc.

    Yes, Under Governance and MRV actions, it states that the governance and MRV actions and activities will be pursued to develop the necessary regulatory and legal infrastructure to support the NDC implementation, and to build institutional capacity, to among other things, enhance MRV capabilities. The Climate Change and Development Authority (CCDA) is mandated to coordinate all climate change related matters in PNG as well as the focal point to the UNFCCC. CCDA works in collaboration with line agencies with an objective to provide a coordination mechanism at the national level. 
    - Besides, Under Monitoring and Evaluation, it mentions that Implementation will be monitored and evaluated based on the MRV framework. Then it gives a table that describes the specific intervals of the reporting periods, and the institutions required to reporting.

    Yes, the Enhanced NDC Focuses on targets and actions within 2 sub-sectors, the LULUCF sub-sector and Energy Industries sub-sectors, while also noting opportunities for action within the transport sub-sector and a commitment to enhance ambition in the way that PNG collects and manages data within them and across all emitting sectors to allow for further refinement and enhancement of ambition within future updates. Key emission reduction targets have been given for different sectors.
